Before We Print Your Labels

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your label’s design before printing begins. In addition to printing services, we provide free artwork preparation for all custom orders. We also give you the printing plates free of charge.

Before production starts, you will receive a digital proof of your label. This approval process ensures that layout, design, and content are error-free and to your liking. If any changes are required, you can request them at this stage. Our team carefully prepares the artwork to ensure the printed label meets your specifications and is suitable for your chosen price gun.

There is no extra cost for these custom options. Label orders can be easily adapted to suit different business environments, from retail shelves to cold storage facilities.

Minimum Order & Pack Details

To keep production efficient, we require a minimum order quantity of 120 rolls for custom-printed labels. This quantity is supplied in 6 packs, each containing 20 rolls. As an added benefit, every pack of 20 rolls includes a free replacement ink roller for your price gun.

If you need more than the minimum quantity, orders must be placed in lots of 20. For example, you can order 140, 160, or 180 rolls depending on your stock requirements.

Turnaround Times

We aim to get your labels printed and delivered as efficiently as possible. For minimum quantity orders (120 rolls), production usually takes around 3 to 8 weeks from the date the invoice has been paid.

If you are placing a larger order, we typically produce the first 120 rolls within the same 3- to 8-week timeframe, so you can start using your new labels right away. The rest of the order may take around 6 to 12 weeks to produce.

If you require labels urgently, we can expedite production on orders over 120 rolls for an additional charge, included in your quote. Please let us know if the order needs to be fulfilled by a specific date.
