Gleeson Agencies handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
In the instance where goods need to be returned because of a mistake or oversight that we have made or the product is faulty, we will gladly pay the return shipping on your behalf. If you accidentally ordered the wrong goods, however, the associated shipping costs must be carried by you. Alternatively, goods can be returned in-person to our premises.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, so long as those goods are in original condition and are resalable.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made directly into your nominated bank account. Refund payments may take up to seven (7) business days to be received.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Gleeson Agencies.
